Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role selection (Searcher or Finder).
If you choose to register as a Finder, additional verification information may be collected to maintain platform trust and safety.

Location Information

When you use the app, we collect precise location data from your device to enable core features such as nearby task discovery, live route tracking, and location-based task matching.
For Finders, location data is shared with the Searcher only during an active task to enable real-time tracking.
Location data is used temporarily for active tasks and is not stored permanently after task completion.
You may disable location access through your device settings at any time, although some features may not function properly without it.

Request & Task Information

When a Searcher submits a task, the platform collects information necessary for Finders to understand and respond to the request.
This may include: requested address or location, type of information requested, travel guidance, local area information (rent prices, safety), property or neighbourhood details, shop or product availability, and delivery verification requests.
This information allows Finders to gather and share useful insights with Searchers accurately.

Finder Service Activity

When a Finder accepts a task, we may collect information related to the service activity to confirm task completion and maintain quality.
This may include: task acceptance details, photos or videos uploaded as proof, observations or notes about the location, task completion confirmation, and ratings and feedback from Searchers.
This helps ensure transparency and accountability within the platform.

Communication Information

LocateLocation allows communication between Searchers and Finders to clarify requests or provide updates.
Communication information may include messages exchanged between users, customer support conversations, feedback and reviews, and issue reports or complaints.
This data may be used to resolve disputes and improve user experience.

Device & Technical Information

To maintain the reliability and security of the platform, certain technical information may be collected automatically.
This includes device model and operating system, app version, IP address, app usage activity, and error logs.
This information helps us diagnose technical issues and improve application performance.
